*520 Missing*

As of May 2019, in order for the demographics of the Stanford University faculty to accurately reflect the student population, 520 white professors would need to be replaced by professors of color. The 520 Missing project was a performance in which I asked members of the public to help me put up posters around campus. I produced 520 posters total, each standing in for one the “missing” professors. The faces of the faculty members were created using a GAN image generator, so as not to implicate the identities of real people.
